Create videos demonstrating a variety of hearing aid actions and make these videos available for your patients to reference by uploading them to Youtube and posting them on your Web site. Videos can include how to change a hearing aid battery, insertion and removal, cleaning and maintenance or troubleshooting. You can also include instruction on accessory use. Posting videos created yourself can help to personalize the patient experience at your practice.
