Academy Store Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the American Academy of Audiology within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible to receive a refund. All sale item purchases are final and will not receive a refund.
