Instructions and FAQs

To customize your schedule and favorite your sessions you need to login and create an account. Your conference planner account is NOT tied to your conference registration.

On the Login Page- Click on Create New Account.

Even if you logged in last year, you need to create a new account.

Once you create a new account, you will receive an email providing you with your access key.

*IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USE AND ACCESS KEY YOU ARE PROVIDED. THIS WILL BE THE SAME INFORMATION USED IN THE CONFERENCE APP.

You will now see your name up in the right- hand corner of the screen.

To the right of your name, you will see a downward pointing arrow to access a dropdown menu. Here you can build your schedule, seek technical support, favorite your sessions and events, and give feedback.

You will be prompted to complete your profile and can add a photo. You can also share your profile and favorites with other attendees under the networking step below.

Within the planner you can build your own agenda helping plan your onsite activities in advance. By marking your favorite sessions with a yellow star on your agenda you can build your schedule and conveniently export it to your calendar, a PDF, Word, or Excel document to print. To make things even easier, your favorited sessions will transfer directly to the conference app launching in early March!

Click here to select days and sessions you wish to attend.  You can add personal appointments, see the number of CE credits you can earn based on the sessions in your plan, and export your plan to your Calendar, Excel, Word, PDF or simply print it out.

This feature allows you to search and view the full schedule of sessions and events. Here you can browse by title, presenter, session type, or session category. You can filter the full schedule by entering a keyword (i.e. pediatrics, vestibular) to see more specific selections.

You can browse the full schedule, sessions by title, presenter, and category. There are helpful icons to help identify sessions qualifying for Tier 1 and Ethics and those events requiring an additional ticket.

From the main navigation menu on the website, select Sessions and Events and click on Full Schedule- Then you can click the star icon next to any session(s) that you want to add to your agenda.

Click on the title of a session to view its full details of the session.

Should you need technical support when using the online planner, you can submit a request under technical support.
