Conference Officially Cancelled
March 11, 2020: In an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our attendees and the patients they serve (who may be part of at-risk populations), the Academy has made the difficult decision to cancel the AAA 2020 + HearTECH Expo (and all related activities and ancillary meetings) due to concerns about COVID-19 (Coronavirus). This unanimous decision was made by the Academy’s Board of Directors.

Week of November 11 | Notifications E-Mailed for Student Research Forum and Research Podiums |
November 11-December 6 | Student Volunteer Random Drawing Questionnaire and Sign-Up Open |
December 2 | Registration and Hotels Open to All |
Week of December 9 | Notifications E-Mailed for Clinical Posters, Research Posters, and Classroom and Clinical Teaching Posters |
December 12 | Student Volunteer Random Drawing and Decision E-Mail Sent to Volunteers |
January 13-February 7 | Student Volunteer Registration Open |
February 1 | Student Member Early-Bird Registration Ends; Advanced Registration Begins ($70) |
