Conference Officially Cancelled
March 11, 2020: In an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our attendees and the patients they serve (who may be part of at-risk populations), the Academy has made the difficult decision to cancel the AAA 2020 + HearTECH Expo (and all related activities and ancillary meetings) due to concerns about COVID-19 (Coronavirus). This unanimous decision was made by the Academy’s Board of Directors this evening, Wednesday, March 11. Read the full statement.
November 4, 2019 | Registration and hotel reservations open to Academy Members. |
December 2, 2019 | Registration and hotel reservations open to everyone. |
February 1, 2020 | Early registration rate deadline. |
March 5, 2020 | Last day to make hotel reservations online at the conference rate. |
March 30, 2020 | Last day to cancel AAA 2020. All cancellations received by this date will be refunded less a $75 processing fee. After this date, no refunds will be awarded. |
March 10-13, 2020 | Hotel Transfer Period: During this time, all hotel reservation information will be transferred from our registration site to the hotels directly. No new reservations or changes to existing reservations can be made. |
March 14, 2020 | Contact hotels directly with changes and/or cancellations. All changes are subject to hotel availability. |
March 18, 2020 | Last day for Student Volunteers to cancel as a volunteer without penalty. |
March 31, 2020 | Advance registration rate deadline. |
April 1, 2020 | On-site rates apply. |
