The Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) invites you to be part of the SAA Exhibit Hall Student Scavenger Hunt at AAA 2019. Students will make their way through the Exhibit Hall with a list of exhibitor-provided questions, stopping at participating booths to learn more about the exhibitor’s products and services. This interactive process will allow students to learn more about the newest technology and become educated on various companies in the hearing healthcare field. There is no cost to participate; however, participation is limited to 16 companies.

Exhibit Hall Sneak Peek on March 27 from 4:00-5:00pm
The AAA 2019 Exhibit Hall will once again offer a special one-hour “Sneak Peek” for attendees who have identified themselves as a purchasing decision maker. During this time attendees will have unfettered access to you, our exhibitors. Attendance at the Sneak Peek is not limited, but it does require having a special ribbon attached to a name badge. If you have a client, customer or colleague who would like to attend the Sneak Peek please ask them to pick up the special ribbon from the onsite registration desk.
Annual Exhibitor Breakfast
Please join us at our annual exhibitor breakfast on Friday, March 29, from 7:30-8:30 am. This breakfast provides an opportunity for you to deliver feedback and suggestions directly to Academy staff and Board members, as well as for Academy staff to provide information regarding plans for the AAA 2020 exhibit hall. In order to assure that we can accommodate each company that would like to attend we kindly ask that no more than 2 representatives from the same company attend this breakfast. Please RSVP by emailing your company name and the name of the representative(s) to Joan Haller no later than March 8, 2019.
Updated Rule Regarding Providing Alcohol in Booths
Please note the Academy has revised the current rule regarding exhibitors offering alcoholic beverages in their booths. Beginning with AAA 2019, exhibitors are allowed to serve alcoholic beverages in their booths at any time during the hours the exhibit hall is open. In addition to the opportunity to serve up a special drink during the Celebrate opening reception on Wednesday evening, exhibitors might consider hosting their own happy hour in their booth during the Thursday evening exhibit hall hours! Please note that all food, beverages and alcohol need to be ordered through the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Please email Joan Haller with any questions regarding this updated rule.
