Use a credit card to check into your hotel instead of a debit card. Hotels will hold available credit for incidentals. If a debit card is used and if there is a limited amount of funds in the account, debit card transactions including ATM withdrawals may not be accessible.
If your registration badge packet arrived in the mail, you are all set! You will simply need to pick up your badge holder, lanyard, and bag, at the Music City Center or at a designated bag pickup location.
If your registration packet did not arrive in the mail, don't worry! Bring a copy of your registration confirmation or identification to registration at the convention center and you can pick up your badge on site. On Wednesday morning, lines can be long, be sure to plan ahead as waiting times will vary.

Hardcopies of the conference guide will be available onsite as well as portable copies for your electronic devices. It is a handy reference for what is happening, when, and where.
Bring a water bottle. You can fill it up at water coolers located in the hall or the session rooms. It's less expensive than buying bottled water and eco-friendly!
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the Music City Center.
Be sure to attend Celebrate! in the exhibit hall on Wednesday evening, 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm. Complimentary food, beverages, and entertainment will make this evening memorable. When you register, be sure to indicate if you plan to attend.
Lunch is available at concession stands located in the exhibit hall. All full conference attendees will receive a voucher, valued at $10/day, to be used for lunch on Thursday and Friday. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
