Business casual attire is recommended and wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking. Bring a sweater or jacket; the meeting rooms temperature can vary.
Use a credit card to check into your hotel instead of a debit card. Hotels will hold available credit for incidentals. If a debit card is used and if there is a limited amount of funds in the account, debit card transactions including ATM withdrawals may not be accessible.
If your registration badge packet arrived in the mail you are all set! You will simply need to pick up your badge holder, lanyard, and bag, at the convention center or at a designated bag pickup location (JW Marriott, Hyatt Regency or Westin, near the skywalk to the convention center at each hotel).
If your registration packet did not arrive in the mail, don't worry! Bring a copy of your registration confirmation or identification to registration at the convention center and you can pick up your badge on site. On Wednesday morning, lines can be long, be sure to plan ahead as waiting times will vary.
