Cancellation requests must be received in writing via e-mail, mail, or fax by March 4, in order to receive a refund (less a $75 cancelation fee). Refunds WILL NOT be issued after March 4.

All requests must include:
- Full name
- Copy of registration confirmation
- Verify that funds can be transferred back to the credit card on file (not applicable to cancellations received after March 4.
- Request hotel cancellation, note: any requests after March 11, must be cancelled by you, directly with the hotel.
- All hotel reservations must be tied to a registration to hold a reservation within the AAA 2019 block.
All refunds will be processed after the AAA 2018 conference.
