They include socioeconomic factors such as education and income\, the physical environment\, and health behaviors that impact overall health and quality-of-life outcomes. The objective of this presentation is to provide an overview of how one pediatric hospital implemented a screening protocol to assess social determinants of health in their patient population. This hospital is screening for unmet social needs to remove barriers and help families connect to community resources\, help children become healthier by addressing things in their environment that impact health\, and ensure that every child/family has access to care and can be their best self. \nLearning Outcomes:  \n1.
