Open Houses

Open houses are for colleges, universities, and learning institutions to gather alumni, faculty, and current students for a reception-style event.

New for AAA 2025, open houses will be held at our hub hotel, Hilton New Orleans Riverside Two Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70130, Wednesday, March 26 from 6:00–7:00 pm.

Deadline

Submissions for open houses are now open. Contact AAAInfo@audiology.org to register.

Capacity

The capacity for your event will depend on what room is available. Please indicate approximate attendance when you send your request in.

Room Availability

A limited number of rooms are available for open houses. Open houses will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.

Expenses

Organizations holding an open house will be responsible for their food and beverage, room set, audiovisual equipment, and any other costs associated with hosting the open house. Charges will be billed directly to your organization.

Advertising

Event advertising around the convention center and/or hotels is not permitted. All event material, as well as any advertising not pertaining to Academy-approved open house events, will be reported and discarded. Open houses will be listed in the Online Conference Planner.

Signage

The Academy will provide a complimentary event sign displaying event information. Event signage will be placed at the entrance of the assigned location, prior to the event start time. Signage is not customizable.

Open House Attendance

All open house attendees must be registered for AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo.

Day of Event

Room Set-Up: Organizers can work directly with the Hilton New Orleans Riverside on the day of your event to access your space.

Event Time: Organizers can choose the date and time of their open house as long as there is meeting room availability.
