Membership Renewals

No. The Academy does not require CEUs to maintain membership.

Yes. The option to add a donation to your membership renewal will be provided during the online renewal process as well as the printed renewal form. If you are renewing by phone, please specify the amount you wish to donate and to which entity at the time of payment. The amount you donate will be reflected on your membership renewal invoice/receipt.

Please note that contributions to the Academy PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Academy membership runs on a calendar year (January-December). Membership is renewed annually by you or an individual designated by you online, via mail, or over the phone—unless you are enrolled in the Academy’s EZ Pay Program—and is due January 1.

If you are enrolled in Yearly EZ Pay, your membership renewal will be processed the third week in December. You will receive a notification email prior to being charged.

If you are enrolled in Monthly EZ Pay, your membership will be charged month-to-month with no changes in the payment process. You will receive a notification email prior to being charged.

All other financial arrangements can be addressed on a case-by-case basis by Academy staff. Email membership@audiology.org with any questions.

A renewal confirmation email is sent once payment is processed for your membership renewal. If you are renewing online, a confirmation page will appear with a summary of your transaction(s) in addition to the confirmation email.

You can also confirm your membership has been renewed via your member dashboard. You will need your Academy username and password to log in. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve it online or email the Academy’s membership department.

Once logged in you will no longer see the “Renew Now” button and your expiration date will have been updated to 01/01/2026 or, if enrolled in Monthly EZ Pay, to the first of the following month.
