Health and Safety

The Academy is committed to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy environment for our attendees, exhibitors, conference and hotel management and staff, and for all individuals who are onsite at AAA 2023+HearTECH Expo. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. We are closely monitoring communications from the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health.

As of March 1, 2022, the vaccine verification requirement is no longer in effect in King County. Mask requirements have transitioned to mask recommendations; however, masks continue to be required in some settings, including health-care, long-term care, and correctional facilities. If you are in a setting where COVID-19 safety measures are in place, please follow them.

Before Leaving Home

If you don’t feel well or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within five days of the conference, you should stay home. Please review our Cancelation and Refund Policy here.

The Academy will continue to monitor the situation and will provide updates on any developments.
