AAA 2022+HearTECH Expo is planning for an in-person event and we can’t wait to see you!

The American Academy of Audiology considers the safety of everyone at AAA 2022+HearTECH Expo our top priority. We recognize the impact that COVID-19 continues to have, so when you join us March 30-April 2 in St. Louis, we will implement safety requirements on-site that we ask our attendees adhere to in order to make this a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable conference.

The Academy team is working closely with the St. Louis event team to plan and to provide the most current protocols for AAA 2022+HearTECH Expo with adherence to federal, state, and local guidelines and in cooperation with America’s Center and the St. Louis City Department of Health.

St. Louis is open for business and currently has no restrictions on capacity in restaurants, businesses, hotels, or any other venues. However, specific rules as determined by the Academy and its leadership will be in place at AAA 2022+HearTECH Expo in St. Louis. It is the expectation that all Academy staff, attendees, exhibitors, and speakers follow the outlined rules to reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19.

As the Academy continues to closely monitoring the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the St. Louis City Health Department and local requirements as they relate to gatherings and personal protection, please note that protocols may change at any time due to changes in guidelines or requirements. As changes occur, these will be shared with attendees in advance.

The Academy will continue to closely monitor this dynamic situation and will provide updates on any developments.

Our guidelines are paramount in performing our duty of care to each other, family, friends, and colleagues, and most importantly, your patients. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you in St. Louis!
