Important Registration and Hotel Deadlines
| November 5, 2024 | Registration and hotel reservations open to Academy Members. |
| December 2, 2024 | Registration and hotel reservations open to everyone. |
| February 5, 2025 | Early registration rate deadline. |
| February 6, 2025 | Advanced registration rates apply. |
| March 3, 2025 | Last day to cancel AAA 2025 attendance without penalty. |
| March 5, 2025 | Last day to make hotel reservations online at the conference rate. |
| March 6-11, 2025 | Hotel Transfer Period: During this time, all hotel reservation information will be transferred from our registration site to the hotels directly. No new reservations or changes to existing reservations can be made. |
| March 12, 2025 | Contact hotels directly with changes and/or cancellations. All changes are subject to hotel availability. |
| March 25, 2025 | Advanced registration rate deadline. |
| March 26, 2025 | On-site registration rates apply. |
Hotel Information
The Academy strives to keep participant expenses as low as possible. While you have the option to choose your accommodation when attending the conference, booking through the official housing block helps support the Academy. We are excited to announce that Maritz Global Events will be the Official Hotel Provider for AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo.

The Academy is committed to providing the utmost service to our conference attendees, including offering accessibility services to those that need them.
Continuing Education (CEUs)
AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo will offer Academy and ASHA CEUs and will seek approval by the International Hearing Society and its educational committee.
