Maritz Global Events is the Official Hotel Provider for AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo.
You have a choice of where you stay when you attend the AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo, but when booking through the official housing block you are supporting American Academy of Audiology and the AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo. We work with cities and convention centers to secure discounted hotel room rates for our attendees. Additionally, the group bookings help us negotiate discounted rates at the convention center, which as a non-profit organization, we pass on to our meeting attendees through lower registration fees.
The Academy makes every effort to keep expenses for participants as low as possible, but, without your support, the Academy faces financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms. If AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo does not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, we must pay penalties, and in turn the price of event registration fees may increase for future programs. The importance of reserving your hotel room using the approved housing blocks cannot be stressed enough. So, when you reserve a room, we urge you to use the official AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo housing block to help us provide affordable rates for this and future meetings.

Hotel Rates and Descriptions
The AAA 2025+HearTECH Expo will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center located in New Orleans at 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130.
Registration and housing will open for Academy members on November 4, 2024, and for nonmembers, including exhibitors, on December 2, 2024.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Requests for a hotel cancellation after March 5, 2025, must be handled by you, directly with the hotel. Please note there is a hotel transfer period so wait to contact the hotels with changes until March 12. Prior to or on March 5, you may change or cancel your hotel reservation with our official hotel provider, Maritz Global Events, via the registration and housing website or by contacting Maritz customer service:
