Registration
Registration and housing is now open for Academy members. Nonmember and Exhibitor registration and housing will open on December 3.
Registration Schedule
| November 5, 2025 | Registration and hotel reservations open to Academy Members. |
| December 3, 2025 | Registration and hotel reservations open to everyone. |
| February 25, 2026 | Last day to cancel AAA 2026 attendance without penalty, less a $75 processing fee. |
| March 11, 2026 | Early registration rate deadline. |
| March 12, 2026 | Advanced registration rates apply. |
| March 31, 2026 | Deadline for a 50% refund on registration fee and ticketed events, less a $75 processing fee |
| April 1, 2026 | No refunds, including for ticketed events, will be granted. Requests received after April 1, 2026, will only be considered due to death of a close family member or a medical emergency. |
| April 2, 2026 | Last day to make hotel reservations online at the conference rate. |
| April 3-8, 2026 | Hotel Transfer Period: During this time, all hotel reservation information will be transferred from our registration site to the hotels directly. No new reservations or changes to existing reservations can be made. |
| April 9, 2026 | Contact hotels directly with changes and/or cancellations. All changes are subject to hotel availability. |
| April 21, 2026 | Advanced registration rate deadline. |
| April 22, 2026 | On-site registration rates apply. |
Hotel Information
The Academy understands participants have a budget to keep in mind. While you have the option to choose your accommodation when attending the convention, booking through the official housing block helps support the Academy and secures you the lowest rate possible at hotels in the AAA room block. We are excited to announce that Maritz Global Events will be the Official Hotel Provider for the AAA Annual Convention 2026.
Travel Information
Continuing Education (CEUs)
The AAA Annual Convention 2026 will offer Academy CEUs. Stay tuned for details on the maximum number of Academy CEUs available for AAA 2026, along with opportunities to earn ASHA and International Hearing Society continuing education credits by attending the event.
