Maritz is the Official Hotel Provider for AAA Annual Convention 2026.
You have a choice of where you stay when you attend the AAA Annual Convention 2026, but when booking through the official housing block you are supporting American Academy of Audiology and the AAA Annual Convention 2026.
We work with cities and convention centers to secure discounted hotel room rates for our attendees. Additionally, the group bookings help us negotiate discounted rates at the convention center, which as a non-profit organization, we pass on to our meeting attendees through lower registration fees.
The Academy makes every effort to keep expenses for participants as low as possible, but, without your support, the Academy faces financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms. If AAA Annual Convention 2026 does not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, we must pay penalties, and in turn the price of event registration fees may increase for future programs. The importance of reserving your hotel room using the approved housing blocks cannot be stressed enough. So, when you reserve a room, we urge you to use the official AAA Annual Convention 2026 housing block to help us provide affordable rates for this and future meetings.

The AAA Annual Convention 2026 will be held at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center located in San Antonio, TX at 900 E. Market Street, San Antonio, TX 78205.
The housing deadline for the hotels listed below has passed, and hotel reservations at AAA hotels can no longer be accessed through this site. For any changes and cancellations, please contact the hotels directly. Please note that name changes on event badges do not update hotel reservations. Any name changes must be handled directly with the hotel.
