CEU Manager
“CEU Manager” is used to record your CEUs and print a AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo transcript. Follow the easy steps below to ensure your CEUs are recorded. Passcodes are no longer required, but you will only be permitted to record the sessions you attended when entering your CEUs in CEU Manager.
CEU Manager kiosks will be located onsite in Main Entrance Lobby of Building A, Georgia World Congress Center.
All CEU reporting must be entered and submitted through CEU Manager on or before May 6, 2024.
Sessions available for CEUs are indicated in the daily session schedule along with the session code. If a session code and CEU amount is not listed, then CEUs will not be awarded. CEU Manager will not allow you to claim credit for two sessions that overlap in time according to the program.
CEU Manager will open on Wednesday, April 17 at 12:00 pm ET.

How to Use CEU Manager
- Enter your user ID (last name) and zip code that you used to register for AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo.
- Enter the session titles or session codes.
- Complete an evaluation for each session and the overall assessment of learner outcomes. These are required elements you must complete to have your CEUs recorded.
- Print your transcript. All attendees are able to print a AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo transcript onsite.
REMEMBER! The only way to receive CEUs is to enter them into CEU Manager onsite or when you return home. It is your responsibility to record your CEUs into CEU Manager no later than May 6, 2024. There will be a $75 processing fee to enter AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo CEUs after May 6, 2024.

The AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo program was forwarded for approval to all state licensure boards that mandate continuing education. Contact your state licensure board directly to find out if your state licensure board has approved AAA 2024+HearTECH courses.
NC HADB

NY Licensed Audiologists
Licensed audiologists attending AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo should contact the NYS Division of Licensing Services to report their courses. You must provide a CEU transcript/course summary which can be printed onsite in Atlanta and also sent to your email through CEU Manager. These courses will also be available for credit as a hearing aid dispenser for licensed audiologists who are licensed by the NY Department of State as a hearing aid dispenser.
CE Broker
You must visit www.cebroker.com to enter your CEUs.
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- You are required to enter your ASHA ID number in CEU Manager. Failure to enter this information will result in your CEUs not being transferred to ASHA.
- Record your courses into CEU Manager by May 6, 2024. After May 6, 2024, you will need to file an appeal directly with ASHA.
- AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo is offered for a maximum of 2.65 ASHA CEUs (Various Levels).
- HearTECH Talks do not offer ASHA CEUs.
International Hearing Society
This program is approved by the International Hearing Society and its educational committee, the International Institute for Hearing Instruments Studies. You are required to enter the last four digits of your U.S. Social Security or Canadian Social Insurance number in CEU Manager for your CEUs to be recorded with IHS.
