Booth Information
Our general service contractor is Freeman.
- Booth Wall Color: Black pipe and drape
- Aisle Carpet: Midnight Blue
- Per show management, all booths must be carpeted or have floor covering.
Booth furniture, labor, electric, internet and more, can be ordered through the Fern OneView Portal or Exhibitor Marketplace. Once this site is live, an e-mail will be sent to all primary booth contacts.
Move-In
The exhibit hall will open at 4:00 pm Wednesday, April 7. To comply with required safety standards, all exhibitors must be show-ready by 3:00 pm Wednesday.
**Late Work Passes available for those who need additional set up time.
Tear-Down
- It is against exposition regulations to tear down prior to 1:00 pm Friday. Early departure will result in priority point penalties and/or being banned from future expos.
- Everything MUST be out by 3:00 pm Saturday, otherwise freight will be removed and consigned at the exhibitor’s expense.
