Join us in curating an annual convention program that amplifies the value of the profession.
The AAA 2026 Program Committee is proud to invite clinicians, researchers, and academic professionals from around the world to submit an abstract for presentation in San Antonio, Texas this April.
Annually, the convention offers a unique opportunity to learn, collaborate, and network with colleagues from around the world. The convention brings together not only audiologists, but others in hearing and balance health care, clinical practice, research academia, education and leaders in the industry seeking relevant educational content and critically important implementation strategies.
The programmatic focus of this year’s convention content is in the areas of practice management, leadership, and evidence-based clinical best practices. All are welcome to submit presentations that showcase the latest innovations, strategies, and trends impacting audiology. Presentations are sought that will elevate the way hearing and balance health-care professionals practice and provide care to patients in the future.
The Call for Abstracts for the AAA Annual Convention 2026 will open Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

Submission Areas of Interest
The Program Committee seeks presentation submissions showcasing state-of-the art science and clinical techniques while also providing diverse and compelling educational content rooted in the latest evidence-based practice. These sessions should be forward-thinking and remain focused on advancing and sharing developments in the profession of audiology. The sessions should highlight innovative research, best practices, and practically applicable content with clear clinical takeaways.
All abstracts are peer-reviewed in a blind-review process. Acceptance of abstracts is based on the content of the submission, available space, and overall program balance.
The convention allows attendees to share insights, advance education, and drive the field of audiology forward into the future. Whether attendees are discussing challenges and changes within the profession of audiology, best practices in their specialty or the profession’s evolution, the AAA Convention provides a space to share the latest research and clinical practices and network amongst peers and like-minded individuals with a variety of experience.
The AAA 2026 Program Committee encourages you to start thinking about how you can share your expertise, knowledge, and best practices to contribute to the programming for 2026 making it the best yet.
