AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo: What to Expect

We’re so excited to welcome thousands of audiologists, audiology students, hearing health professionals, industry representatives, and new attendees to AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo! We have a packed schedule ahead, so here are some quick tips to help you hit the ground running.

First Things First

Upon entering the convention center, head to “Registration and Badge Pick-Up” to get your badge and tote bag. Make sure to download the conference app through either the google play app store or apple app store. You can find more information about the app here.

While you’re at registration, make sure to locate CEU manager (opening Wednesday, April 17 at 12:00 pm ET), which is used to record your CEUs and print your AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo transcript. Passcodes are no longer required, but you will only be permitted to record the sessions you attended when entering your CEUs in CEU Manager.

First-Time Attendee Orientation

April 17, 11:00–11:45 am

Is this your first time attending an AAA Conference? Join us for an overview that will help you make the most of this incredible experience. This is also a great opportunity to network with the 2024 Program Committee members and meet other attendees at the conference.
