Call for Abstracts

Are you a novice presenter?  No worries!  We invite you to submit an idea for a presentation and if accepted, we’ll help you all the way to ensure your success.  The 2026 Program Committee is pleased to coach novice presenters in the learning module and mini module session categories.  If you indicate “novice” for your presentation experience level, the Program Committee is excited to support you in developing a compelling and impactful presentation—should your submission be accepted. We will pair you with an experienced mentor who will serve as a sounding board, review your slide deck before it's finalized, and offer guidance on delivering an effective presentation onsite in San Antonio. If you're interested in participating in this mentoring opportunity, please check the box found under the “presentation experience level” section of the call for abstracts submission form.

Did you submit an abstract for last year’s convention? If so, you can use the same username and password to log in and submit for AAA 2026.

If not, and you know the username, but maybe not the password, use the "Create User Account" button to log in and submit.

When you click the "Create User Account" button to get started, a new account will need to be created even if you have previously presented/submitted at the AAA Convention in the past.
