CEU Manager is used to record your CEUs and print a AAA Annual Convention 2026 transcript. Instructions for how to ensure your CEUs are recorded will be available soon. Passcodes for sessions are not required, but you will only be permitted to record the sessions you attended when entering your CEUs in CEU Manager.
CEU Manager will be accessible through the AAA 2026 mobile app or by visiting the Academy website at www.audiology.org using your laptop, phone, or tablet. CEU Manager will be available starting Wednesday, April 22, 2026. Please note that onsite kiosks will no longer be available in the Registration Area.
All CEU reporting must be entered and submitted through CEU Manager on or before May 15, 2026. There will be a $75 processing fee to enter AAA CEUs after this date.
Sessions available for CEUs are indicated in CEU Manager in the daily session schedule along with the session code. If a session code and CEU amount is not listed, then CEUs will not be awarded. CEU Manager will not allow you to claim credit for two sessions that overlap in time according to the program.

How to Use CEU Manager
- Enter your user ID (last name) and zip code that you used to register for AAA 2026.
- Enter the session titles or session codes.
- Complete an evaluation for each session and the overall assessment of learner outcomes. These are required elements you must complete in order to have your CEUs recorded.
- Email your transcript to yourself. When you get home, we suggest you then print your transcript so you have a paper copy.
REMEMBER! The only way to receive CEUs is to enter them into CEU Manager onsite or when you return home. It is your responsibility to record your CEUs into CEU Manager no later than May 15, 2026. There will be a $75 processing fee to enter AAA 2026 CEUs after this date.

The AAA 2026 Annual Convention program was forwarded for approval to all state licensure boards that mandate continuing education. Contact your state licensure board directly to find out if your state licensure board has approved AAA 2026 courses.

The American Academy of Audiology is approved by the International Hearing Society to offer continuing education for this course. This course CEN-433-26 is approved for up to 31 credit hours of continuing education (1 CE Credit = 1 contact hour). NOTE: You are required to enter the last four digits of your U.S. Social Security or Canadian Social Insurance number in CEU Manager.
After the convention, AAA will post a link to the IHS website that will allow you to claim your CE credit for this course. You will be able to log-in and download your e-certificate immediately.
American Speech-Language Hearing Association
The AAA Annual Convention 2026 is offered for up to 3.1 ASHA CEUs, Various Instructional Levels.
NOTE: You are required to enter your ASHA ID number. Failure to enter this information will result in your CEUs not being transferred to ASHA.
Record your courses into CEU Manager by May 15, 2026. After this date, you will need to file an appeal directly with ASHA.
