With HearTECH Hub education, research podiums, learning modules, and grand rounds, we are certainly not short of audiology thought leaders delivering dynamic presentations. But wait, there’s more! We also had the pleasure of hosting an inaugural new professional’s panel. Check out some session photos below, you might see yourself or someone you know!
With Gratitude
The Oticon Hearing Foundation is once again generously sponsoring the Empowering Students Scholarship for $30,000, which is designated for six outstanding students who show exceptional promise as clinical audiologists. The check was presented to Jessica Messersmith, PhD, chair of the American Academy of Audiology Foundation, on behalf of the Foundation.
The Honors and Award Celebration is an annual event held at the conference where we take the time to recognize professionals who give their full lives into the work they do every day. The awards are even more meaningful to many recipients because the nominations come directly from their peers and people to which they have been an inspiration.
Tonight, Tonight
We hope you’re looking forward to our SOLD-OUT event Audiology’s Night Out: Seattle Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP) (sponsored by Amplifon), which officially begins at 7:00 pm. Included with your ticket is a pass for the monorail in the form of a QR code, which can be used starting at 5:00 pm. The nearest station from the Seattle Convention Center is only a two-minute walk located at the Westlake Center. You will want to ride the Monorail to the Seattle Center Station. MoPOP is the bright, colorful, building shaped like a smashed guitar. If you already have a ticket for the event, we will see you there!
