This interactive session with group activity explores the link between resilient leadership and emotional intelligence (EI), offering tools to integrate EI principles into leadership styles. Participants will learn to inspire and motivate teams, enhancing productivity and work-life balance. Facilitated by the Tulane University Leadership Institute.
Happiness Is and the Success of Teams

A healthy work environment, characterized by effective leadership and high-performance teams, is vital for delivering the best outcomes for patients, families, and communities. This session will review the concepts of team and leadership, the authentic self, building and managing relationships with others, achieving common goals, and workplace happiness. This interactive presentation, which includes group exercises, will be led by the director of the Clinical Nurse Leader and Executive Nurse Leader Programs at the Louisiana State University Science Center School of Nursing.
