Credential Verification Information
If you need written verification that an audiologist holds the ABA Certified credential and/or a specialty certification in cochlear implants, pediatric or vestibular audiology, please submit your request in writing together with an authorization form from the audiologist by email to aba@audiology.org or by fax to 1.703.485.3555 (Attn: ABA Credential Verification).
