The Fabulous Audiology Chorus: You Know You Want To

  • ABA News

The Fabulous Audiology Chorus is looking for voices to join in singing our National Anthem at the upcoming AAA Convention in San Antonio.  You’ve probably seen us at the opening session and wondered, “who are these singers?”  The choir is “of audiologists, by audiologists, for audiologists.”  Sound familiar? We’re from all over the country, from all different settings and we really enjoy singing together. The chorus tradition is more than 20 years strong and we’re turning up once again in San Antonio for AAA 2026.

We do not hold auditions and none of us sing professionally. Sheet music and audio files are provided for rehearsal at home. We rehearse as a group at the convention one time before the performance (usually the day before) and again the morning of the performance. “Uniforms” consist of black bottoms, white shirts and a patriotic scarf or tie. We are typically a little short on male voices, so gentlemen, now’s your chance! Interested? Contact Dana McCray, AuD, at warbletone@gmail.com.

We hope to add your fabulous voice to the group this year!
