Dr. Dana McCray has worked in hearing healthcare for more than three decades.  Her education includes a B.A in Communicative Disorders from San Diego State University, M.S. in Audiology from Portland State University and the Au.D. from Arizona School of Health Sciences.  Her clinical fellowship year was spent under the direction of Dr. John Epley with focus on balance disorders.  Dr. McCray went on to practice in a variety of settings including 15 years in private neurotology practices in Oregon, Senior Field Support for the Cochlear Corporation, a variety of ENT practices in California and Georgia as well as the Mayo Clinic Health System in Minnesota.  She currently serves as a staff audiologist in a private practice where provides diagnostics and treatment for hearing loss.  Dr. McCray spent more than a decade teaching American Sign Language at Portland State and George Fox Universities in Oregon and she has guest lectured widely to various organizations around the country about the importance of hearing healthcare for all ages.  A former professional musician, Dr. McCray has a special interest in the hearing needs of musicians and the protection and rehabilitation of this important sense.
