This is your opportunity to help lead the American Board of Audiology—the American Academy of Audiology’s committee dedicated to advancing the profession of audiology through audiology certification. In 2025, ABA introduced the Vestibular Audiology Specialty Certification and is currently developing a General Audiology Board Certification program for beta testing in fall 2026. In 2027, ABA will be conducting a practice analysis that will inform updates to existing exam blueprints and form the basis for additional certification programs in the future. We hope you share our enthusiasm and consider participating in this process that will positively impact the future of the ABA, the Academy and the audiology profession.
