Session Description

Emotional intelligence (also known as EI or EQ) plays a crucial role in leadership effectiveness. This session focuses on building emotional intelligence as a core leadership capability.

Participants will identify emotional triggers, understand their behavioral responses under pressure, and apply practical strategies to regulate emotions in high-stakes situations. The session emphasizes the ability to lead with composure, reduce reactivity, and differentiate between bias and professional judgment.
