Travel by Air

Ground Transportation

Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) offers ground transportation options for all types of passengers to/from the airport. Please visit ATL’s website for more information on terminal map overview, airport parking garage, rideshare/transportation network, rental car center, and parking at the airport map.

Train Services

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is the most efficient method of reaching the metro-Atlanta area from Hartsfield Airport. MARTA trains take just 15 minutes to reach the city center, and they arrive and depart from the western end of the terminal complex every eight minutes.

Hotel Shuttle Services

Many hotels operate a shuttle service; for more details, please check the Hotels page.

Bus/Van Services

Atlanta Airport Shuttle operates a service to downtown Atlanta every 15 minutes. Northside Airport Express serves northern Atlanta. Details of these and other services can be obtained at the ground transportation areas in the North and South terminals.

Taxi Services

Readily available outside the Atlanta Airport terminals, the cabs are metered, with set fees for journeys to the central business district. Please note that due to state law, taxicabs are obliged to collect sales tax on all fares.

Health and Safety Guidance

The Academy is committed to providing and maintaining a safe, healthy environment for our attendees, exhibitors, conference and hotel management and staff, and for all individuals who are onsite at AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo.

We are closely monitoring communications from the CDC and the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Children and Pet Policy

No one under 16 years of age is permitted in the Exhibit Hall or in educational sessions. Children of any age are NOT permitted on the show floor during set up or tear down hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pets are prohibited at all times. Service/support animals are allowed as determined by the convention center guidelines.
