Ground Transportation
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) offers ground transportation options for all types of passengers. There are a variety of transportation options available to/from the airport. Please visit Port Seattle’s website for more information on SEA terminal map overview, train terminal overview, airport parking garage and ground transportation map and bike storage and parking at the airport map.
Want to avoid traffic, save money, and get to/from the airport quickly? Try using the Airport/SeaTac Link Light Rail Station. Just take the Link Light Rail to/from the Westlake/Seattle station. This station is a short walk to all Academy hotels.
Quick Transportation Service Right Downtown: Seattle Center Monorail
The Seattle Center Monorail was built for the 1962 Century 21 World’s Fair and provides easy access from Westlake Center Mall station at Fifth and Pine Street (a few blocks from the Seattle Convention Center and many of the downtown hotels) to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. Trains departs every 10 minutes and each trip takes just 2 minutes. The Community Safety and Hospitality Ambassador Program
The Community Safety and Hospitality ambassadors are on the ground in the city of Seattle seven days a week assisting visitors, residents, workers and those in need. From providing directions to out-of-towners and supporting parks and public spaces to keeping an eye on clutter, this dedicated team helps keep downtown safe and welcoming. If you would like one of the city ambassadors to escort you from one venue to another, at any time of day, you may contact them for this complimentary service at (206)441-3303.

Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can vary considerably throughout the day; a light jacket or sweater is suggested.
Children and Pet Policy
No one under 16 years of age is permitted in the Exhibit Hall or in educational sessions. Children of any age are NOT permitted on the show floor during set up or tear down hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pets are prohibited at all times. Service/support animals are allowed as determined by the convention center guidelines.
