Booth Information

Our general service contractor is Fern Exposition Services.

• Fern Wall Color: Black hard wall (no pipe and drape)
• Aisle Carpet: Ocean with Gray main aisles
• Per show management, all booths must be carpeted or have floor covering

Booth furniture, labor, electric, internet and more, can be ordered through the Fern OneView Portal or Exhibitor Marketplace. Once this site is live an e-mail will be sent to all primary booth contacts.

Exhibitor Registration and Housing

Exhibitor housing and registration officially opens on Tuesday, December 5. Please select ‘Learn More’ for more details regarding the new Exhibitor Create-A-Block process for Corporate Partners and Exhibitors who have committed to space on the 2024 show floor during the space selection process.

• Each 10×10 booth reserved includes four complimentary booth hall passes for your company personnel to gain access to HearTECH Expo. You may purchase additional passes at $50 each.
• Exhibitors who would like to purchase full access to AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo may do so at $550 each.
• Exhibitors who would like access to an educational session at AAA 2024+HearTECH Expo may do so at $100 each.
• Exhibitor Create a Block will be available as of October 1 for all exhibitors and partners who have committed to the 2024 show during the priority point period. 

Move-In and Tear-Down

Move-In

The exhibit hall will open at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, April 17. To comply with required safety standards, all exhibitors must be show-ready by 3:00 pm on Wednesday.

**Late Work Passes available for those who need additional set up time.

Tear-Down

• It is against exposition regulations to tear down prior to 2:30 pm on Friday. Early departure will result in priority point penalties and/or being banned from future expos.
• Everything MUST be out by 3:00 pm Saturday otherwise freight will be removed and consigned at the exhibitor’s expense.
• Drivers must be checked in no later than 2:30 pm on Friday, April 20.
