Washington HB 1001 and Montana SB 214 were signed into law on April 13and May 2, respectively, bringing the number of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC) participating states to 27.

Individuals licensed in one of the participating states will eventually be able to apply for a privilege to provide services both in person and via telehealth in any of the other participating states. The Compact Commission is currently working on building the necessary infrastructure to fully operationalize the Compact.
