Hello! I am the Senior Technical Specialist at the Academy, having joined in 2018. In my role, I oversee the management and optimization of our membership database, ensuring it supports both the operational needs of the Academy and the needs of our members.

In collaboration with our Chief Operating Officer, I play a key role in strategizing and shaping the Academy’s IT landscape, navigating the complexities of an ever-evolving technology environment to ensure we stay ahead of technological advancements and maintain a competitive edge.

With over 15 years of experience in operations management, quality and training, project and vendor management, and business analysis across multiple industries, I bring a broad skill set to my work. I collaborate regularly with all Academy departments to ensure that our database and processes align with the daily business operations, benefiting both staff and members.

As part of the Academy team, I am passionate about understanding our members’ needs and continuously refining our systems and processes to provide exceptional member services.
