Ashwini Ramesh

Hi everyone, I am the technical specialist at the Academy. I started with the Academy in 2018 and am responsible for the overall data management and processes of the Academy’s membership database. I am also the Academy’s point of contact for managing and maintaining all our IT infrastructure needs along with my manager. My job entails working closely with all departments of the Academy to ensure the database meets the needs of our day-to-day business operations and processes both for our staff and members alike.

I have more than 10 years of experience in areas of operations management, quality and training, project management, and business analysis across various industries.

As part of the Academy’s team, I truly value and enjoy understanding the needs of our members and aligning our business processes by elevating our system to deliver exceptional member services.
