Hello! I am thrilled to be a part of the Academy as the member engagement assistant. I manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the volunteer program, working closely with my colleagues to ensure our the program is organized, efficient, and promoted, and that volunteers are recognized for their contributions and efforts. I assist with the overall membership experience to include updates, renewals, benefits, and customer care. I also can help with career resources, our career website (HEARCareers.org), and consumer-related information. Starting in 2022, it is my responsibility to ensure that every member or customer receives exemplary service and care and, if necessary, is directed to the best team member who can respond to their needs and provide solutions, resources, and information.
