Megan Stainback

Hello! I am the Director of Meetings, and my primary responsibilities are managing the logistics and operations of the AAA Annual Convention. I am excited to work with my talented volunteers, industry partners, and colleagues to make sure each event is a unique experience with valuable and actionable take-aways. In my 15+ years of experience in meeting and exposition planning I’ve had the opportunity to work on 25 person retreats to 16,000 person city-wide conventions, and everything in between. My favorite part of my job is seeing everyone’s hard work come to life onsite during the event. I’m excited to be a part of the audiology community and to build upon the outstanding work and successes of the association to further our mission.
