CEUs and YOU at AAA 2020 + HearTECH Expo

  • In the News

Over 30 hours of continuing education will be offered at AAA 2020 + HearTECH Expo, and we know you want to be as prepared as possible to maximize your educational experience.

You can find in-depth information on CEUs on the conference website, but here are some quick tips and FAQs to get you started:

How can I earn CEUs at the conference?

There are a variety of ways to earn CEUs at AAA 2020 + HearTECH Expo, including:

    • Academy Research Conference (ARC)
    • Featured Sessions
    • Learning Modules
    • Learning Labs
    • The Future Hub in the Expo Hall
    • Formal education in the Hands-On Pavilions in the Expo Hall
    • Industry Updates in the Expo Hall
    • Quick Solutions in the Expo Hall

How do I know how many CEUs I can earn at each session?

CEU information for each session will be listed in the printed Conference Guide, which you will receive on-site, as well as in the online Conference Planner.

How do I register my CEUs?

CEU codes will be provided in person at each session. All CEUs earned at AAA 2020 + HearTECH Expo must be entered into CEU Manager by April 20, 2020. A $75 late fee will be charged for all Academy CEUs entered after this date.

Can I earn ASHA and/or IHS CEUs at the conference?

To earn ASHA CEUs, you must enter your ASHA member number into CEU Manager. Failure to record your ASHA CEUs in CEU Manager by April 20, 2020, will result in a loss of CEUs—no exceptions. Note: Quick Solutions do not offer ASHA CEUs.

To receive IHS credit hours, you must enter the last four digits of U.S. Social Security Number or Canadian Social Insurance Number into CEU Manager by April 20, 2020.

How do I make sure the CEUs are valid in my state?

Contact your state licensure board directly in March 2020 to find out if your state licensure board has approved AAA 2020 + HearTECH Expo courses.

How do I view my current CEUs?

You can view your current CEUs on your member profile page at www.audiology.org. If you have trouble logging in or have any questions about your CEUs, please contact the Academy at (800) 222-2336.
