Resources and Tools
Review practice management articles and information on how to manage your business including the tele-audiology toolkit and COVID-19 resources.
The Academy offers a wealth of resources to ensure audiologists and audiology practices maintain compliance with applicable federal regulations and are aware of new regulatory requirements as that information becomes available.
Cultural and Linguistic Diversity
Since beginning its discussions in late fall of 2019, the Academy has focused on creating better awareness among audiologists about a culturally and linguistically diverse (CLD) patient, one who comes from a home environment where a language other than English is spoken and whose cultural values differ from mainstream culture.
The COVID-19 resource page has practice management, telehealth, Academy education, and external resources to help you during this challenging time. You can also find the latest updates on the CARES Act, Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), and Medicare.
Direct-to-Consumer Audiology Information Toolkit
The Direct-to-Consummer toolkit is the result of collaboration between the 2012 Business Enhancement Strategies and Techniques (BEST) Committee in partnership with a workgroup convened to assist audiologists in the direct-to-consumer model, consisting of leadership from the Coding and Reimbursement and Government Relations Committees, among others.
The Academy supports a variety of awareness initiatives in an effort to increase awareness for the profession and hearing and balance health. Find resources including graphics, social media posts, articles, and more to share with your audience,
