EZ Pay Program: Monthly or Annual Membership Dues Payments
The American Academy of Audiology’s EZ Pay Program makes it simple for members to pay their membership dues through automatic monthly or yearly payments. This flexible payment option helps our members maintain active Academy membership seamlessly.
Members receiving discounted dues through the Member Support Program, are on a customized installment plan, or are using a discount code for membership dues at the time of payment, are ineligible to enroll in EZ Pay.
Monthly EZ Pay
Members pay 1/12 of their annual dues each month, charged around the 1st of each month. In December, dues are charged twice—once for December and once for January.
Subscribers will receive an email a few days ahead of when payment will be processed. Below are the monthly dues amount for each membership type.

Yearly EZ Pay
Yearly dues run January–December and are charged in full during the first week of December.
Subscribers will receive an email a few days ahead of when payment will be processed. Below are the yearly dues amount for each membership type.

How to Enroll
New and Rejoining Members
During the online application checkout process, select EZ Pay, choose monthly or yearly, and confirm enrollment. Your card will be saved automatically.
Renewing Members
During renewal, select “Yes” to save your card. Then choose monthly or yearly EZ Pay. Monthly subscribers will see dues adjusted to the monthly rate on their invoice.
How to Unsubscribe
Members can view their EZ Pay status in their member dashboard. To unsubscribe, call the Academy at 800-222-2336, option 3 or email membership@audiology.org requesting to be unsubscribed. Academy staff will follow up with a confirmation of unenrollment.
Membership dues are non‑refundable. In rare instances, refunds may be granted when extenuating circumstances are documented and approved. To apply for a refund, members must submit the Academy Membership Dues Refund Request Form within 5 days of payment (monthly) or 30 days of payment (yearly) to be considered.
