Charge Description
- Review the financial reports and the draft annual budget prior to submission to the Academy board of directors for approval.
- Maintain the organization’s investment policy by reviewing it annually and returning to the Academy Board of Directors any recommendations for revision or modification.
- Oversee the hiring or replacement of an investment consultant.
