Charge Description
- Maintain governing documents for the organizations
- Support the nominations recruitment and selection processes for the annual board election.
- Ensure periodic review and updating of the Academy bylaws, operating manual, policies and procedures, and ethics documents.
- Promote and facilitate cross-council collaboration and communications to ensure a coordinated effort to advance organizational priorities.
- Maintain processes for providing ethical guidance to members and review recommendations on ethics cases.
- Provide oversight of IE initiatives and efforts to infuse the IE perspective across the governance structure.
