The Academy joined with a large coalition of physician and non-physician providers to urge Congressional leaders to act before years end to prevent Medicare payment cuts expected January 1, 2023.

The letter also highlights the fact that the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule is the only payment system within Medicare without an annual inflationary update.
