Izabela Jamsek

Izabela Jamsek is an AuD/PhD student at Ohio State University. She is currently completing her externship year at Boston Children’s Hospital and is a recipient of the Jerry Northern Scholarship in Pediatric Audiology for 2022-2023. She served on the national Student Academy of Audiology board as Secretary on the Executive Committee from 2021-2022 and currently serves as a student liaison for the Academy’s Accessibility Committee and the Audiology Clinical Education Network. Her clinical and research interests include language and neurocognitive development in children who are Deaf or hard of hearing and how the family system, hearing technology, and related interventions impact development.
