The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking nominations for its Lifestyle Change Interventions initiative. The initiative focuses on identifying effective approaches to improve enrollment, retention, feasibility, awareness, adoption, and sustainability of LCIs.
Organizations engaged in advancing LCI implementation should submit nominations by January 8, 2025. Up to 18 sites will be selected to participate in an evaluability assessment, with each receiving $5,000 for their effort. From these, up to eight sites may be invited for a full evaluation. Detailed instructions for submitting a nomination can be found here.
To assist potential applicants, the CDC is hosting an informational webinar on Friday, December 13, at 1:00 pm ET. This session will provide guidance on the nomination process and answer any questions. Interested participants can register for the webinar here.
We encourage you to share this opportunity with your networks or promote it on social media to help spread the word.
