To ensure the continued success and viability of audiology, it is critical that providers are aware of current and future legislative and regulatory issues that may impact day-to-day practice or reimbursement. It is also as important that audiologists are aware of and are well-versed in potential “fixes” or solutions that may be employed and are being advanced by the professional association to remove barriers. However, this is just half of the equation.
