Hector Sanchez

Hector is a third-year AuD student at the University of Utah. He hopes to become a pediatric clinician researcher that focuses on vestibular and cochlear ototoxicity. Hector has been involved with SAA since 2024 formally serving as the 2024-2025 National SAA Education Committee Chair and the Academy’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee (DEIB) student liaison. He is excited to serve his fellow peers as the 2025-2026 national SAA President. Outside of audiology, you can find Hector running, hiking, or camping with his fiancee and two pups.
