Dear Academy Members,
The American Academy of Audiology is transitioning to a new association management system (AMS) over the next few weeks.
We are moving to a more updated AMS that will allow for better maintenance of your secure information, improved automation, and overall enhanced functionality for Academy members and Academy staff. We also will be focusing on upgrading the Find an Audiologist directory in the new system.
Starting on Wednesday, May 13, 5:00 pm ET through Tuesday, May 26, 11:00 am ET, the Academy staff and members will not be able to modify information in the current database as we enter the final phase of the data migration.
Within this timeframe, members will not be able to access various parts of the Academy website including member profile information and renewals (address changes, payments, etc.), Academy store transactions, CE transcripts, and the Audiology Community.
Additional direction and information will also be provided on the affected areas of the Academy website.
We apologize for any inconveniences during the transition, but we look forward to bringing our new system to you very soon. If you have any urgent concerns or issues during this time, please contact us at membership@audiology.org.
Thank you.
