Accessing Your Transcript

1. Go to www.audiology.org and select member login in the top righthand corner of the page.
2. Log in using your Academy username and password.
3. Then click on My Account which will bring you to your dashboard.
4. Scroll down to Official Academy CEU Transcript on the left side where you can view and print your CEU transcript.
