Kay Williams

Hi there! My name is Kay and I am the meetings coordinator with the Academy. My primary responsibility will be coordinating the AAA Annual Conference logistics. Specifically, I am in charge of our registration process and any conference-related inquires.

I come from a diverse work background, as I was previously an international flight attendant. I have been in the event industry for over five years, where I have planned more than 100 events ranging in size from 20 to 4,000. My favorite event to plan is the Academy’s Friday Night Out event as I love seeing people let their hair down and hit the dance floor.
