The American Academy of Audiology (the Academy) and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) are requesting your help completing the clinician practice information (CPI) survey!
The CPI survey is a partner survey to the physician practice information (PPI) survey run by the American Medical Association. Randomly selected audiologists will receive an email from Mathematica, the survey administrator, to gather and update data on practice costs and the hours of patient care that clinicians provide.
This suvey will be released February 22, 2024.
Please check your email inbox and spam filters for the invitation.
The intent of the survey is to collect accurate data on practice costs that are a key element of clinician payment. The data requested is focused on financial operations at the practice level and should be completed by the person(s) at your practice who can best answer questions about finances, labor, and expenses. These data points have not been updated in almost 20 years and it is critically important to modernize this data to ensure accurate payment.
We thank you in advance for your participation if you are selected. Your participation in the survey is voluntary but important. The information you share will be kept private, reported in aggregate, and used only for the purpose of informing the national estimates of practice expense per patient care hour.
If you should have any questions, please contact Denise Garris, dgarris@korrisgroup.com.
